Perceptual Control Theory Archives William T. (Bill) Powers spent a lifetime developing Perceptual Control Theory, PCT, from a beginning in 1952 at age 26 to his passing at age 86 on May 24, 2013. Literature has grown up around Bill's work, papers and journal articles written, CSG conference meetings held and a very active email discussion group established. This site focuses on some of the archives that are available in electronic form.
